on 30 Jul to 12 Aug I was out from the home and nobody can use my internet.  I have everything packed and machine I take with myself.

I see that someone use 6 GB of my internet during these 12 days. on 15 Auguest I was out from the home and I see someone use my internet at 7 o clock and download 600 MB approx.

someone use my internet. I got 3.5 As plan of 4 MBPS but most of time I use approx 512,256. I tried to report it but they didn't change my password.

when I go to BSNL site it's tell me to fill the email id that end with @bsnl.co.in I don't get any email Id like this.
 

 How I can reset my password. I call 1504 and 1507 but it's never got accepted. Do someone know how to get it solved.

Speaking to ZDNet in an interview Thursday, Thomas Zilliacus, executive chairman and founder of Mobile FutureWorks, did not mince his words when asked about his views on Microsoft's US$7.2 billion deal to buy out Nokia's devices and services unit. "The deal reflects the complete failure of the Windows strategy Stephen Elop chose when he was appointed Nokia CEO some two years ago.

"Nokia, which only three years ago was the world's runaway market leader in mobile phones, is today a small and insignificant brand," he said, noting that the purchase price announced yesterday represented just 2 percent of Nokia's market cap over 10 years ago.

Zilliacus spent over 15 years as a Nokia employee including seven where he was its Asia-Pacific CEO. He left in 1993 but spent another three years under Nokia's payroll as a regional consultant. He left to become an entrepreneur and currently runs investment company Mobile FutureWorks, which advisors include former Nokia's mobile phones CEO Jorma Nieminen and Ericsson's former CEO Sven-Christer Nilsson.

Zilliacus, in fact, tried to buy out Nokia a year ago with the aim to steer the company toward a strategy focused on Android, but was unable to raise enough funds to do so despite approaching several global sovereign wealth and equity funds.

We are replacing close to 5-6 million MPEG-2 SD STBs at no cost to consumers over the next year. All of this is coming in from internal accruals.

Indian public has been badly letdown by corrupt political leaders. Hopelessness and sense of being knocked down is natural outcome of widely prevailing corruption. It is time to accept the reality of corruption and do our best. In the scenario when no political party is free of corruption, I appeal to voters to judge the party which is less corrupt and bring it to power. If  we are successful in bringing to power a party which is even 10% less corrupt than other, we will be making our country richer by billions of rupees. This act would be as charitable as donating blood and more charitable than donating millions of rupees to the country.

So although badly knocked down , it is for you to stand up and fight. Nobody else will.

So, I just got a message that Airtel no longer has minutes to other mobiles free on my corporate connection, only A2A instead of A2M/A2O (other mobiles) & also SMSes are charged. Customer care said new plans are coming and you can wait for a while (2-3 days in their words) and choose. I personally am tempted to dump Airtel. But before I do, would like feedback on which other provider is better in Chennai.

No need of 3G. So non-3G providers are also fine. Low-cost and good coverage are what I am looking at. Was paying 149+tax for 300 A2M & around 150-200 SMS you can say (which I use around 50-60%).

Also, I feel others will join the bandwagon.. So thinking if should hold on to Craptel.

P.S - For dumping, I will switch to prepaid Airtel & then move out as that seems as easier process for MNP

I have recently bought TATA DOCOMO 3G connection. After that I have very disappointing experience from various representatives of TATA DOCOMO. Here I am illustrating them. I would like to know which is the official place where can I place a complaint against their service.

1. For address verification their executive called me and took an appointment. But at last moment he called back and told me that he will verify address via phone and verified all relevant details. In spite of this I received a message from TATA DOCOMO saying that they have failed to verify address and would terminate connection if I do not get back to their service center within 48 hours. I called up the executive who took my details, who assured me that he will get back to me, which he did not and my connection got blocked.

2. I called customer care and he reactivated the connection, but told that address will be verified within next 3 days. I lodged complaint against their executive who failed to verify my address and on the top of that conveyed incorrect information. I was shocked to see that the person on other side hesitated to take my complaint saying that my connection is now back so why should I care. When I insisted upon filing a complaint he took it down. He asked me name and number of that executive.

3. Two out of three days assured by customer care have passed and still their representative has not turned up. On the top of that I have started receiving message to call customer care/service center within 48 hours to avoid blocking of connection. I called back to customer care and the fellow on other hand told me couple of shocking things: a ] Their representative tried calling me, but I was unreachable. I know that my cell phone was within range all the time for entire day. This clearly shows that their executive lied to them b ] The complaint that I had filed earlier has been resolved (exactly what they did when they claim to have resolved my complaint is beyond my comprehension), and that complaint does not contain name and phone number of the executive who failed to verify my address. This means either first fellow from customer care just pretended to note down the credentials of their executive.

I would like to know which is a legal forum where I can put forward my case and avoid calling these unprofessional fellows every three days.

Retirement fund manager EPFO today launched a facility to enable its over 5 crore subscribers view updated accounts online on real time basis without waiting for their annual PF account slips.

Besides this, the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has also announced it would put in place the facility for online PF account transfer claims on changing jobs next month.

The facility for viewing PF accounts online was launched here by Labour Minister Sis Ram Ola in the presence of Minister of State for Labour and Employment Kodikunnil Suresh and EPFO's Central Provident Fund Commissioner K K Jalan.
