I just came from Canada, bought Tata Docomo service in Bangalore. , it sucks big time, network is full of problems, cannot receive calls, Called customer service, some girls say hello ( looks like high school drop out staff with broken english) , and then put phone on hold for ever, or transfer it to someone, who is never there.

Wonder why this company even exists. Must close down. Very poor network, no customer service, . I have lost so much of business and time , because of these idiots, worse thing is that I came here for one month and gave number to all my associates and they are not able to reach me. Wasted whole trip.

Is there anyone in their company who even bother to fix up problem?, It will be another failure like various Tata cars-- third rate cars, only used as cheap taxis. I wonder even docomo is meant for taxi drivers only, not for decent business or people.


my number is 9o354-o1685 ( cannot receive calls from other countries, even local calls 50% dropouts, many doesn't come, just get sms that I missed calls.
Network - sometimes full signal and same location most of time no signal at all. In most of cases their network sucks. Initially I though my phone had problem, but even after changing few phones same problem. Now who is going to pay for all these losses, business loss and time waste ?

fix it or refund , or close down the business. I don't think any one need you here... Take your shop to Africa like Somalia or Congo etc..

Your company just sucks and your services too. It is 2010 now... and this thread is going on, I have seen your replies that you are trying to improve... may be in 2020...

I applied for a broadban service from TATA Photon Plus as I did not had any option in my area. I applied for the service on 30th of Nov and I was able to use it only for a Day and my service was discontinued. When I called up the people to help they reply me that I have not given them the documents :readtherules:. I agreed to them and provided the document once again with half an hour time. Called up the service provided again he said that the service will be reactivated within 2 hrs. Now it almost 24 hrs yet my service is not activated. The entire day tried calling the service provided but he did not bother to answer my call. Now I dont know what I need to do :confuse:. I lost 2500 for this waist service.

left a mail to airtelpresence expect a call tomorrow hopefully.I dont have high hopes anyways .

What tariff plan you applied initially and later applied to change it ?

step1:
check at BSNL Portal with 14digit portalID and PW
( to be obtained from your exchange BB section )
Step 2 :
If your location is listed in any selfcare sites Register with
your OWN choice of USERID. Password will be sent by email to you.
step 3:
Now log directly at selfcare web site say CRM etc.
step 4:
check the menu options available.

Umm, maybe you can buy it where BSNL is present. Kalyan?

this is why i was forced to switch to cable broadband. No more fup plus the prices r more economical. Although it depends if the cable guy in your area is a good one or not.

CCNP doesn't mean you know better :) ADSL support upto 24 Mbps down only and 1 Mbps Upload. But i am getting good speeds while downloading around 4 to 6 Mbps :)

Hi all..
I was having D-link DSL 502T modem with me till yesterday. I have replaced it with sterlite as dsl get's on disconnecting automatically. But, in sterlite m having new problem, m able to download with max speed but when i try to surf (no matter which browser i use) m nt able to surf smoothly. I get "page cannot be displayed" error, I have to refresh a page about 5-10 times to make it load. moreover, wen i m in b/w some page like m writing this post and wen i click submit thread it starts looking up for the page nd can't load it. When i search for it over net i get some intimation that it may be due to tcp/ip properties, May b m able to receive data but can't sent it so smoothly. Please help what should i do.

Matt, I have one question, i'm certain that Hayai will be a great success, but my question is that when it Comes to Kolkata, will the route be Singapore > Chennai > Mumbai > then Kolkata or Singapore > Chennai > Kolkata or Singapore > Kolkata or someway else? I'm an avid online gamer and would certainly like lower pings (which i've never EVER been able to achieve being from the east side of the country). Please do answer this question.... thanks.
