Bought this MR3220 router from snapdeal for 1497rs to use with my bsnl evdo prithvi modem.

Total disappointment

Configuring with the datacard was hassle free but the internet connection speed has significant drop when connected to router even when the signal strength is shown as 83%.

Internet speed is fine when i connect the evdo datacard directly to computer using extension cable(60 -80KB/s and sometimes above 100KB/s).stable 3bar signal and -84dbm

Also it refuses to get connected when i connect the evdo datacard to router using a small usb extension cable.

Tried contacting tp link through mail and their toll free no...no response

it was loaded with the latest firmware 130423 and i downgraded it to 130326 now there is a slight improvement still not good enough

any suggestion ..help????

Hi I need some help .. Two nights before my mom was driving the car and some young boy ( around 19-21 ) on the motorcycle tried to overtake when there was no space and landed up banging with our car .. My bua was also present in the car .. This guy told my mom she has to pay for his bike damages and says that the fault is hers .. My mom 64 years is assuring me that the fault is not hers and even my bua said that the fault was not hers ..

Heres whats happened he told my mom for her number and he took her cell phone and gave himself a missed call thereby getting her number .. My mom told him then n there that lets go to the cops but he refused saying lets sort the mess here .. She told him that he pays for our car damage and she pays for his bike damage .. The name plate fell off and this guy took it with him to his house ..

Today he called on her number so I answered the phone .. I told him to talk to me .. He said to pay up to which I told him to come to the police .. He said my mom promised she will pay .. I said NO she said you pay our damage we pay yours .. Hes refusing to believe that the fault is his .. Anyways after arguing he hung up .. Now after few hours his elder bro calls and says to pay up .. I said lets go to cops to which he tells me that he has very high contacts , I said so do I and then he says the matter will escalate into a fist fight if I dont pay up ..

Please guide me as to what I should do ..... Ive told him to wait till Monday as im slightly tied up .. What should I do ?? Should I pay up inspite of it not being our fault ???

So I have a sony xperia Ion which works fine but its quite beaten up, not much scratches but the small black cover that covers the battery charging slot has come off and its also missing the sim card closing tray,  which fell off somewhere. It's fully functional and all but I doubt I have the bill and headphones as its over 2 years old and we have shifted houses and all... will they accept it as long as its working or will they only accept perfectly condition phones? 

So I'm getting a CUG plan from Vodafone, and it offers 750mb throttling 3G.

What does throttling mean in this context?

I'm an online gamer and i shifted from "tikona" internet to "Airtel" b'coz i heard that it's a good broadband connection to have. I was happy with Airtel connection for first 20-30 days but suddenly my ping rose by 100-200 in U.K servers to 440 (i used to get 200 ping with tikona in U.K sv) and in France sv to 320 ( again i used to get 180 in france sv ) . I don't know what to do , when i call customer care and ask them for help they simply excuse me by saying " it's the U.K and France sv problem  and that's not true cause all my other friends  have low pings than me. I don't know what to do , plzz help me guys , should i change my isp , anyone having the same problem????

It's not just the electronics brands, even fashion and apparel firms are beginning to feel the heat of steep discounts being offered by e-commerce websites.
Premium footwear firm Crocs India pulled its products out from at least 10 e-commerce sites because of the discounts offered by the online portals.
The company has instead tied up with two e-tailers, Amazon and Jabong, to exclusively sell its products in the online space.
The tie-ups are part of the company's new online strategy as part of which it will sell its products simultaneously with the brick-and-mortar format.
While the two e-tailers will offer the entire range of Crocs shoes comprising 70 styles, they will not offer any special discounts or prices that are not available in their stores. The tie up will become operational this month.

Hi All,

I just bought the Tata Docomo 3g stick sim and accessing web using Samsung Galaxy S Duos. I receive the 'H' signal when I am travelling by road but when I am inside my home (Dhanori, Pune) or inside my office (Magarpatta, Pune) I receive only 'E' signal.

Now I am planning to change the service provider for better network as I need high data speed for video calling through Skype for office and personal purpose.

Can ypu please help me finding out which is the good 3G service provider in Pune especially with better 3G signal in Dhanori area?

Seeing the news of price drop of Nook HD and Nook HD+ on IBF I immediately decided to get one for me, as my existing cheapo tablet had started showing signs of ageing (low battery backup, unmanageable lag everywhere).  So, I contacted a friend in US and he ordered a 9" HD+ 16GB for me, and seeing the price drop he got a 7" HD version for himself.  The net price for me was US$158 which includes shipping and taxes, turned out to be around 9k.  It was delivered to my friend on 21st June.  But it was going to be a longer wait to reach me as his parents would be arriving here on September.  And finally it reached Mumbai on 11th September and I collected it from them today.  As soon as I connected it to Wi-Fi it downloaded and installed a software update (v2.1.1), which was a massive 414MB update.

Pros:
• The tablet feels good to hold due to its rubberized back and matt finish bezel.
• The 9" display is really awesome, almost close to the retina display of iPad 3.  This is the main reason I got this tablet.
• 16GB on-board memory out of which 15.1GB is user accessible, with MicroSD slot which supports up to 64GB.
• Google Play access, which was added recently via a software update.
• Casual games run fine without any frameskips.  Have not tried any high end games yet.
• Wi-Fi signal quality is pretty good.
• 6000mah battery.
• Official Cyanogenmod support, active development at XDA

Cons:
• The tablet is a bit on the heavier side (most probably due to the 6000mah battery).
• Noticed very slight lags while navigating UI, negligible though.
• Highly skinned Android 4.0 OS.
• No option to sideload apk files (a patch is available which enables it).
• Proprietary data connector (looks a lot like the older iPhone/iPod data connector).
• No camera (at least a front camera for Skype/Google Hangouts would have been nicer).

Overall I am pretty impressed with this tablet, especially the display.  Perfect for my requirements.  Please feel free to ask any questions or anything you want me to try out on this tablet.

UK supermarket giant Tesco has a product listing and box art for currently unannounced Call of Duty: Ghosts.
The listings cover Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 platforms, though the Xbox 360 listing has already been removed. The PlayStation 3 listing remains at time of writing, however.

As well as outing both the unrevealed game and what is believed to be the official box art, the merchant's product listing also claimed that the sequel will be "built on an entirely new story, setting, and cast, all powered by a next-generation Call of Duty engine".
