Not getting desired speed from BBG ULD 950 Plan

Hello Guys...

I've recently subscribed to the BSNL BBG ULD 950 plan which offers 4 mbps surfing (about 350-430 Kbps download speed on IDM). 

But i'm getting only 1.80 Mbps surfing speed and about 230 Kbps download on the IDM. I've checked on BSNL Selfcare Portal to ensure that whether i crossed 8 GB FUP mark or not, but i've only used 2.5 GB data. So why am i getting low speed. 

 

Addtional Configuration of my Adsl Modem are given below: -

Pathetic 3G speeds on data connection of bsnl bangalore

Guys, I am getting pathetic speed on my 3G connection in Bangalore. I am getting 200kbps since 1 yr and my complaints have fallen to deaf ears in bsnl.

Airtel has also capped their speeds to 2 Mbps and doesn't make sense to go for airtel and pay double the price for crap speeds.

Other operators are just hopeless and doesn't make sense to shift

Reliance Jio today launched 4G Test Launch at IIT-Bombay Techfest. It was through Wi-Fi as compatible devices were still not available

It was data only and no voice services

They gave a presentation on Reliance jio & how 4G could be useful but did not reveal anything useful :(
