| Airtel Broadband likely to soon offer 512kbps post FUP on all plans Posted: 06 Dec 2013 11:48 AM PST It seems finally Airtel is coming back to it's senses,they have decided to increases post FUP speed to 512 Kbps across all plans which will come into effect from 29th November.Just few days ago I saw a thread here mentioning the increase in speed to 512 kbps in Jaipur,I got excited and called the Customer Care just to inquire the same(i also wanted a PLAN CHANGE)..I think there is still a need to Increase their quota GB's of data provided in their initial plans.I was on 2 Mbps 10 GB FUP RS 700+taxes(100 calls free),I shifted to 1299+taxes with 15 GB( 8 Mbps) data and 1000 local calls free.I am not a heavy downloaded,my bandwidth usage is somewhere between 20-25 GB per months with a decent usage of phone so that plan suits well to me.
I just hope they should increase their FUP speed to at least 1 Mbps,specially in their high end plans!! |

| Need Suggestions, porting out of Vodafone. Posted: 06 Dec 2013 11:23 AM PST I've decided to port out of vodafone. 3G being the primary reason. I need 3G majorly across Delhi(where I live), HP and Punjab. So far Reliance GSM is the only operator providing 3G across these circles. Not to mention that Vodafone's 3G is costlier and speeds are bad in NCR. |

| Posted: 06 Dec 2013 11:13 AM PST Just changed my plan from 500 c to 650 combo. Getting speeds around 800 Kbps. Do I need to wait for line stats to change from 2048 Kbps to 512 Kbps or the current rate will do fine? It's reflected in selfcare portal as 650 combo. Speed hits 1.2 Mbps and comes back to 500 to 800 Kbps. Earlier it was 1.8 Mbps through out. I have no idea what's happening now, since I m not coming often here. |

Apparently the gamepad accessory for the Galaxy S4 support devices as large as 6.3 inches. So, the rumor in the market is that Note3 might feature a display as large. lol.
I think they should have added support for 8" devices so that the recently launched Note 8.0 would have worked with this! |
