I saw on their website that a free WIFI modem is given to customers with 8 mbps or above plans. Does this apply for existing customers also?

The editor-in-chief of a leading investigative magazine is being probed over claims that he sexually assaulted a woman colleague, a senior police official said on Friday, after the media, activists and politicians urged a criminal prosecution.
The case came to light after the victim complained in an email to a superior that Tarun Tejpal, founder of the award-winning weekly, Tehelka, assaulted her twice in a hotel elevator during a conference in the resort state of Goa this month.

While she has not formally complained against Tejpal, police said they decided to act on the basis of the media reports of the leaked complaint, and that Tejpal could face charges of outraging the modesty of a woman and rape.

this problem has been nagging me for a couple of days 
i can browse/download for a period of 10 minutes and then i get "timeout", "server error " etc for the next couple of minutes and then after 2 minutes , connection is up again . The story goes on repeating itself endlessly

though i am not facing disconnection but these timeouts are driving me crazy 
after ever 10 mins or so  
previously i was on 550 combo ,changed it to combo 650  on the 2nd of this month ,all was working well for a day and then this started happening .
 

please help guys !!

The traditional Boxing Day Test returns to South African shores for the 2013-14 season with India scheduled to play the first of three Tests in the home summer. CSA cancelled the fixture last season and opted to play three T20s against New Zealand over the festive period instead in the hope of attracting bigger in-stadium audiences. NEW DELHI: The three-judge Supreme Court committee probing the law graduate's sexual harassment complaint against retired Supreme Court judge AK Ganguly has said that there was prima facie evidence of unwelcome sexual conduct on the part of retired judge.

 

However, Chief Justice of India P Sathasivam has closed further proceedings on the sexual harassment allegation saying it could do little against a retired judge administratively.

 

The CJI has sent a copy of the fact-finding committee report to the law graduate and Justice Ganguly indicating that the aggrieved party could take desired steps.

I want to shift my telephone on the same address but but diffrent street number as i have a two sided open house. Currently the existing connection from the D.P. is giving me lots of problem and frequent disconnection. So, i went ahead and submitted the form for shifting of connection to another street. As to my utter shock they came the next day checked the D.P.(which is very near to me, as the current one is 55-60metre away from my house) as said pair is not working. The very next day i went to SDO of my exchange and he said that you have to visit another exchange(this other exhange is main exchange of my area and all the offficers are presented there). So i went ahead to the exhange meet the guy who was incharge of this thing and he simply rejects the application saying that you already have a connection and we cannot give connection from another D.P. since it will be financial loss to the department

My question to you guys:-

1. Can i shift connection this way.

2. if yes, whom to approach next

3. suppose i cut my current connection and reapply for the new one can i kept my number same
