I having a problem with my Samsung mobile with Vodafone simcard. Every time when i'm going to start my mobile i mean when going to switching on my mobile vodafone charging Rs 1.50. It's happening every time when i switch off and on my mobile.

Can anyone know the reason for this. Then please help me to solve the problem.

I am currently living in shitty place called khanpur (Raju Park)  near saket in South Delhi.

I am looking for a decent broadband connection for past 2 months but without success. I have booked connection through MTNL numbers several times but they never follow back. I am confirmed that they have service here.

I also called tikona (as they have fliers here and there on several walls) but they say don't have services in this area.

Called up spectranet, Relaince , Hathaway and several others but no one seem to have any infrastructure here.Don't want to use Airtel due to budget constraint and bad reviews here. 

I've seen worst places having better broadband connectivity in delhi. 

Can anyone suggest me any solution.? Or better still anyone living near khanpur having a good connection ?? 

Please help.

i hv bought micromax canvas2 A110 from flipkart one month back. now it is giving problem, as it automatically types random letters and open whatsapp, sms and email automatically. sometimes it sends sms with random letters to anyone in my contact list.

even the icons scroll automatically and it wont switch off, just keeps going on as it likes.

any solutions or anyone else facing similar issues???

In a Diwali bonanza to its customers, Vodafone India Thursday said it has slashed data rates by up to 80 percent across the country, with effect from November 1.
In June, the company had reduced the price from 10 paisa per 10 KB to 2 paisa per 10 KB in Karnataka, UP West and Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh circles and it has now extended the same rates to all its circles from November 1.
The company said same rates will be charged even if the customer is in roaming.

Mobile network operator Aircel is currently conducting trials of Long-Term Evolution (4G) services in Andhra Pradesh but it will take a while before they are commercially launched, a top official said.

"The trials are currently on but we don't have the required ecosystem, including the 4G-enabled mobile handsets, to launch the services commercially," Deepinder Tiwana, AP Circle Business Head of Aircel, told reporters here.

I know this cannot be a one off case but an institutionalised skimming going on but even by Vodafone standards skimming ONE ENTIRE WEEK is over the top. So anyone else who gets this 'benefit' from Voda be warned.

I was recently trying out a stock simulation game and was having profitable returns with it. I just want to know how much one should get in terms of profit , to make trading a profitable activity.

Lets say i buy 100 Rs worth XYZ stocks of 50 in number. AFAIK , the charges all include (1.5 RS - Brokerage fee + 0.155 Rs as Service tax ) 1.6554 Rs while buying

And while selling , lets say , the price of each stock went up by 10 Rs .. so total of selling is 5500 Rs.

So it calculates to

RS 1.65 Brokerage fee + Rs 1.375 as Service Transcation tax + Rs 0.17 as Service tax = 3.195

So total is 4.85 Rs

While the profit is 500-4.85 = 495.15 Rs

Is this correct ?

If that is true , then out of any profit i make , the charges will be <1% of the profit right ?

In the stock simulation i am selling stocks when they cross 3% than the original price , some at 5% or so. Is that a good trading ?

Is there anyother charges for holding stocks more than a day ?
