I am trying to set up my D-link wifi modem with Reliance Broadband. I searched the internet and found ways to configure for BSNL and MTNL and other internet connections, however the configuration failed and failed again with my router. Need help to get it configured.

idea airtel vodafone moving backwards keeps on increasing 2G prices to increase traffic over 3G but they are not getting results....They are screwing all citizens.....How their costs increases while the bandwidth rates are decreasing year on year..they must be summoned by court... 

When paying my recent bill to BBNL, I enquired whether there was a 15 mbps ( unlimited ) connection and to my pleasant surprise, the guy who comes home to collect the money conveyed that the management of BBNL & cable groups in Bangalore are discussing about rolling out a 15 mbps connection for the same price point - Rs.1000  ( for which I get 10 mbps (unlimited) these days ).

 

This could be to tackle competition from ACT, You, Hathway & other cable/fiber ISPs, who have rolled out 15 mbps  at Rs.999 for sometime now ( although with FUPs ).

 

If this is true, Jai Ho competition!

 

P.S: I would request BBNL to improve latency, jitter and to match promised speeds ( I get 70-80% of promised download & upload speeds ). Evenings ( peak time ) it would be down to 20% - 50% of promised speeds    .

I am experiencing problems with reliance thunder 1mbps the d/l speed is now 20kbps and it varies up and down sometimes i get maximum of 70 and sometimes 3 kbps i have complained regarding the same to reliance CC. A service engineer came home and said line is working fine problem lies with server call CC to solve it.Now i did that to no help getting response issue will be sorted out then i get a sms complaint has been solved now i have registered my third complaint in 3 days getting the same thing CC says service engineer and service engineer says CC and complaint is solved without consulting me. Any ideas how to get it sorted. As i feel now i am acting as a member of reliance service team rather a customer coordinating between service engineer and CC.I have also asked both of them sort it on their own to no use.

I think the prices are lower than Flipkart. Cannot confirm though.

I am not sure why do we need this? Because this looks more of a way to get better tools to block domains than to enhance web security.

Hello! I am residing in Sheikh Sarai -2, South Delhi & use Tata Photon plus. I watch a lot of Youtube videos and movies so I am looking for Unlimited broadband plans  : either 40 GB data limit before the speed drops or FUP with a good speed ideally 2 Mbps or more and monthly usage charges of under Rs 1800.

 

I zeroed in for Airtel but they do not have coverage in my area. Next I researched on reliance 1099 Thunder plan but they have bad reviews. Can you please suggest me some good service providers. Thanks
