Google Play Store not accepting Indian Credit and Debit Cards

Ok, got confirmation from Google that my account is now working normal.. But no help.. Still card decline error but every time rs 50 getting deducted and not getting refund.. Total 250rs deducted till date but not a single refund in last 1 month. I am going to bank tomorrow morning to see the guy who told me that idbi cards works in play store. I am loosing my cool now. :mad:
