on 15th I noticed a strange thing
my night time was changed from 10 pm to 8 pm

when i inquired the technical team of tikona abt the variation in speed
they said the plan has been changed

when I asked for refund they said ask the billing department for refund
nd the billing department fooled me saying there is nothing changed

now today (18 august) after swearing a lot on phone they are accepting they have changed the plan (from 15 aug)
when i say it is a cheating i want refund of advance paid
and i want to change the plan
they are saying its no refundable

nd they are saying
you are getting what u paid for

let it be billing or service.

Plan change will not make any difference to service. It will help in getting some stable speed because as per policy, 1:? ratio is less for SME plans as compared to home user plans.

You made a mistake of paying money in advance. I don't think Tikona will return you easily. Tikona customer support is very poor. Customer never gets quick assistance. They attend customers too professionally. Some policies are really in their favor. If you register complaint through email, you will get docket no and that will also send by official in automated system format.
At the end, connectivity problem remains same.

No Vodafone 3G icon on iphone 4s

Hi,

My iphone does not show 3G icon whenever 3G is enabled. I have also activated 3G data plan but still it shows "E" i/o of 3G.Surfing the net deducts MB balance from the 3G plan but the speed is not as per 3G. Just 0.19 Mbps.
Is there any settings needed to turn on 3G using the phone or from Vodafone.

Pl help.
