ZTE FTV Phone is full of OUCH. Posted: 27 Dec 2011 12:50 PM PST Quote: GSM Arena says that ZTE's joined forces with Fashion TV to introduce the FTV phone, a gaudy version of the ZTE Blade (also known as the Orange San Francisco) running Android 2.2 with some preloaded FTV apps, wallpapers, and other content. Rumor has it the phone will offer the same specs as the original Blade, including a 3.5-inch WVGA display, HSPA, Wi-Fi, a 3.2-megapixel camera, 512MB RAM, and a 600MHz Qualcomm chip. GSM Arena says the phone will be available in black, gold, and white varieties, with the Fashion TV logo slapped on each though we're not sure that "fashion" applies to the device itself. |

Posted: 27 Dec 2011 12:17 PM PST Here's the Delhi high court order in the case filed by Reliance regarding the release of Don2. Unfortunately it does not show the array of all the Defendants (only the first one), so can't confirm if this is the order under which megavideo etc. have been blocked. The order itself does not talk of blocking any website totally, but only restraining the Defendants from copying, recording, downloading, uploading, communicating etc. etc. any unauthorized copy of Don2. http://delhihighcourt.nic.in/dhcqryd...269404&yr=2011 |

Posted: 27 Dec 2011 11:57 AM PST he knows is on his way out anyway, the way politics works is quite different in states, it does not matter which party, either the republicans or democrats are in power , the policy will always remain the same, this mostly due to the federal state plus the HUGE influence which lobbyist play in politics out there. Obama came into power on promises of pushing nearly every policy of bush era back, but forget about pushing it back he went on to strengthen them !! from banking, financial, war, troops, medical same polices remained, the ones which were going to reform mainly the fed financial influence , troops, medical , patriot act all were made more strong, that is the power of lobbying in D.C. plus the average voter in sates this time is going to vote , finance reforms, taxes , etc, this bill is hardly of interest to the average joe in states, the only thing which will happen , if it does not pass in congress it goes on back burner for 2 years and that is what most the tech community is gambling on. Mr.siabl and our Indian govt have lost a brilliant chance to grab business which are going to be taken outside of sates due to SOPA/PIPA, E.U is going to make the most of it cause of their very strong privacy laws. it was really a very good chance for India to open doors for tech companies to set up here, according to a chat i had with a friend from sates who is based in India and silicon valley they are warping up their India ops due to govt influence and interference , net has to free to develop, India has become one of the last countries where any one will set up office in work which has to do with net. |
Steam website seems to be inacessible on Airtel Posted: 27 Dec 2011 11:53 AM PST http://broadbandforum.in/airtel-mobi.../6/#post587457 this could be the reason i guess. Quote: In another development, Dubai’s Khaleej Times reported on Tuesday that data traffic was disrupted as a submarine cable owned by Bharti Airtel was cut. The submarine cable carries international data traffic. The 3,100 km long system was linked at Singapore to other international cable systems and has two landing stations in Chennai that connect to another major cable network in Europe, the report said. |
