My connection was capped but it has been reset since yesterday I believe.

indian government would censor mobile apps and ensure that the servers being used for the same are not accessible from the indian ISPs.

TOR is the future of internet access in india the way things are progressing. :|

as for the app listed in the above posts. i really doubt terrorists are going to use unencrypted messages themselves. so this does not really change anything other than the fact that you have to imagine that the app has not been developed by the NSA :D
