This bit is little more involved, privacy indicates more than the number plate was captured. I'm talking about only the number plate being stored. So there are differences in the way these systems take their photos. Some acceptable some others perhaps not.

I had ordered Videocon D2H yesterday (Rs. 1590 with three months diamond pack) at around 11:30pm and today afternoon they got back to me and within half an hour the engineer visited my home and installed the STB and Dish.

Activation was done instantly. He asked for an ID proof and address proof.

The picture quality and audio quality is excellent.

For regional channels one need to select addon (but strangely I'm getting all the channels without need to add the addon, may be its free for first three months). Discovery, National Geographic etc are available with multi language too.

Overall I'm satisfied with my first DTH connection.

Really its a good news.
