I mean if you are on 1p/sec plan then some booster packs won't be available

recharge with other call rate offer(50,60p/min) & use booster plans applicable on that plan.

thx......

eh? im not kidding.

Kolkata to singapore is 1800 miles, Chennai to singapore is 1811 miles :P, on another note, im sure if the hub was in Kolkata rather than in Chennai, Delhi people's latency would drop too, Kolkata is in the middle (of Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi).

The Spectrum allocated to all Operators in India is UMTS 2100 for 3G.

Where as for 2G 2-3 different frequency band is provided.

Most of the devices support 950/2100 band which is mostly used worldwide, so they r compatible in India as well :D

Trouble configuring TP-Link wifi modem with BSNL

Posted: 04 Dec 2010 09:22 AM PST

Hello,

Just bought a new TP LInk wireless modem router TD-W8901G. I upgraded (sort of !) from my Dlink modem router . The good thing with D-Link modem router was that the ISP's username and password were stored in the modem itself and so there was no need to login internet all the time. Can this tp link do the same ? Also the router is not yet configured. Can anybody help me ??

Weird trouble with Reliance Net Connect

Posted: 04 Dec 2010 06:16 AM PST

I have been using Reliance NetConnect, but every time I try to download any file the speed never exceeds 250 kbps. But at the same time, if I download 2 different files at the same time then the speed doubles to 500 kbps.
Similarly I tried the same with youtube, watching one video my speed is around 300 kbps, for 2 its around 500 kbps, for 3 its goes around 1.5 mbps. But the problem is, I can't watch even one video properly.

Is it some setting that I have to change to let a single application use all the available bandwidth.
