Combing Speeds of Broadband with 3G on a Single PC

Hi
I have an unlimited 2MBps Airtel Connection. I just brought a 3G USB Data Card from BSNL Karnataka. Was wondering how to connect my laptop to both simultaneously and use the combined bandwidth. After a lot of trial and error and after more than 12hrs i am able to get a sustained download of around 5 MBps. That's approx 560 KB /s. I was able to download a 700 MB Xvid file in approx 23 minutes. Theoretically, using this method one can connect any no. of USB devices to a single laptop. And use combined bandwidth. Depends on the no. of usb ports that u have. Few limitations still remain. Maybe i can write a tutorial in a couple of days.

contact center says tht they never cap speeds and there is no down time tht they r facing in MAROL, ANDHERI EAST, MUMBAI...

Lack of important channels is getting very critical issue now.

When TataSky will add new channels at the place of 9X and Zee Trendz? Why not? Its been a long since TS has removed these 2 channels. Some Tatasky fan-boys made an excuse that they were a crap channels. :grin:

But which channels they have added instead of these two? Something is better than nothing. :grin:

Online Recharge of 2500,4200 are available in the BSNL portal!

Yeah, Reliance spiked my EU latency as well. Went from 180 avg to 300. Emailed them, some dolt called me within minutes and proceeded to replay back a message over and over -- ignoring my reasoning and explanations. Reliance has the dumbest customer service people I have ever encountered in my life, I really wonder where they get these folks. God's mistake, these people. I also got a snappy email response which made me lol:

3G data carrd - sound is not working

Hi,
In order to make sound to hear on your pc. Just follow the below steps.(This is for Windows 7 users)

a)Goto---Control Panel
b)Select---Sound
c)A small pop up window appears om the screen
d)In that just "Disable"Following items
Digital Audio(S/PDIF)
Digital Audio(S/PDIF)
Speakers(HSPAdatacard USb Audio Control)
Enjoy Have Fun Now You can Hear your fav music

NOTE:(in order to make a call from your pc(data card) just enable the "d" specified steps. After speaking again disable to hear the pc sounds)
