Hi Folks,

Need some help!!!

We have BSNL Broadband 99 Unlimited Plan. As per the plan, throughput should be 4Mbps upto 8 GB and 256Kbps after that. Befor ereaching the 8GB, when we use Skype to make a video call, Video screen hangs and sometimes video does not go through either.

Speed test shows 1.5Mbps.

Any suggestions on improving the skype call performace.

I am using Logitech HD webcam for the video streaming.

Decent price from futurebazaar for a change. The charger isn't really costly, but the phone is selling for the same amount on Univercell and adexmart. Good deal overall

well my mobile has pretty nice battery backup of 4-5 days so it ll work...
so now in short i have to buy a 3G sim of 69Rs or so.. and recharge it with 4200Rs right ?

yes I would say, Dish TV is better than others.

with my recent upgrade to dish HD, i would say, couldn't be better.

now this plan removed.4mb with 15gb FUP :).

I don't think Airtel would have time to call each and every subscriber in manual form.
Was it a recorded message or someone human speaking ?

if you post your plan details here, I am sure there's a huge member base using Airtel here already and they would tell you instantly any changes of the plan you using...

could be some virus/malware making your folder.htt files corrupt, you should run a virus scanner on your system without delay.

secondly check if you can list the files in list mode and then check what files are converted already.

lastly, you can tun off the error reporting from my computer--rightclick---properties-- error reporting, however if any internal folder display files are corrupt it will still crash the explorer.

Why you still on xp, upgrade to win7, if you have 1+GB of RAM windows 7 should run fine, Don't you see those tiny ATOM based computers these days use win7.

if your USB modem is 3G capable you can use the 3G SIM for internet access,

there's NO compulsory rule to purchase a 3G mobile phone.

I already know it; but it is important to remind it to highlight the "premium service" of tatasky !! :hysterical:

I tried this test twice, but the Download Traffic is resulting in Noisy result.
Does anyone get the Download Traffic result properly?
