| The average Broadband in Goa-Kerala Posted: 05 Nov 2010 11:46 AM PDT I am visiting Goa from the UK for three weeks from mid Nov 2010 and will be mainly based in the Panaji area. I will require a PAYG internet connection for my laptop. What is the fastest option available, please? Also, I have a locked iphone 4. Are there facilities in Goa for unlocking it and buying a local PAYG sim? Thanks |
