How to start a FREE TO AIR TV CHANNEL OR STATION IN CHENNAI...???

I have no idea about costs to start a channel, but I think you need to have a license from Information & Broadcasting Ministry of India if channel is distributed on wider platform like DTH/CAS.

i m not a new to 3g , i used it since April 2009 ,
whenever they will launch , it would be in metros only, then they sense the market and competition and go to B and C cities

3g has only used in cities only., as using bsnl i find out most people used 3g for data rather than video calling or internet over mobile ,

who says that?? In reality its otherwise.I have seen some of the cheapest handsets having better battery life than any other premium phones.
As cheaper phones dont have big screens, high res,low colors etc (have less features), the battery tends to drain at lower rate. hence good battery life. I recommend satish to buy samsung and lg cheap phones as they have good battery.

for ul calls I recommend tata indicom. they do have good and truly unlimited plans. my father is using one and with no problems whatsover. but sometimes their Network sucks.
