In my place, they simply do not pick up the phone let alone attend the complaint. But I think it is limited to not so high graded officers. SDE always is ready to attend the problems in my place. BSNL is rated 3/5. They have some drawbacks, but manageable if you are member of this forum.

Which mode are you in ? If in PPPoE, no need to dial. Simply switch ON the modem and start browsing. I think you are using dialer but is in PPPoE. Try and feedback.

As of 2010 Sep 11, 23:10 IST, this issue has not been resolved.
TATA claims they have credited the bandwidth. But in fact they did not do it.
Please show me which transaction, exactly when did this happen?
I have all the transaction information and SMSes received from time to time.
I do not see an increase of 4GB anytime.

No, I have not been redirected to the page stating I have crossed the FUP limit. I have never crossed the limit so far but the speed gets reduced sometimes.
