F#cked with 25GB FUP

Posted: 27 Feb 2013 12:58 PM PST

let me explain my situation here first..

we were living in chandigarh from the past 6 years and i was first using dial up,then bsnl broadband.. then finally i used this company Connect broadband.. for 4 years i guess.. i can't remember lol..

anyways i was on 1mbps plan without any FUP this plan is closed now.. and at that time reliance did not introduced any good plans their plans had FUP.. and low speeds.. and trust me we were living in a paush area and almost everyday yes everyday there was a diffent guy at our door asking if we want reliance or not i was so pissed ! i was happy with the 1mbps plan.. well that was the best plan in the city so why would'nt i be ?

so from last couple of months we shifted to zirakpur.. and guess what we only have connect wireline broadband here but now they do not provide any unlimited plans i did not have any other option.. so i subscribed for their best plan..

1200+tax

2 Mbps till 25 GB, 256 Kbps after 25 GB http://connectzone.in/broadband/hometariffs.php

every month yes every month i bypass the FUP limit and 256kbps really ? you can not even use youtube at that speed it useless..

right now i'm on 256kbps :'(

i contacted the customer care and they said we do not have any information regarding this.. fuck then i contacted their appellate officer via email 7 days have past and no one has replied to the email..

i also contacted reliance broadband and their customer care contacted them via email and paid a visit to their store i even told them i will pay all the cost for the wire .. but no i can't enjoy their thunder plans..

so the thing is reliance wireline broadband is actually available in zirakpur but only in once society they have a class A license so why don't they lay the fucking cable here ?

BSNL EVDO is also does not work here no evdo towers here.. there is one other provider called zylog they give 15GB at the same price but it is permanent wireless connection.. plus they have very bad reputation here..

so what should i do here ? i want atleast 50GB BW @ 2mbps

people here are dying to enjoy internet at a faster speed plus if it is cheaper then what will stop you from switching your current ISP ?

comone ppl what can i do here please help me out..

Love it. Nothing is her fault.

Chief minister Mamata Banerjee ordered a probe and, in her inimical style, indicated it could be sabotage to dent her government's image. Police, the KMC and the fire brigade have been asked to submit their reports within three days. The CM announced compensation of Rs 2 lakh for the families of those dead and Rs 50,000 for the injured.
