Well, for the most part, I get stable speeds on my Thunder 699 plan.



There has been an instance where I've faced downtime for over two days, thought this was over a span of two months.

I only called up customer after two days and the resolution in getting the problem resolved was met promptly. My line was up and running in just over 4 hours after having called up customer care.
