oscar people would have seen barfi like movie before and they make many movie like that. paan singh tomar would be new and based on real life also ,so they may have some interest.

comparing in US with old US is not correct, compare with country where strict gun law is there.
india also you can get gun if you go proper channel & have money. also i dont see why people need to military style gun. allow revolver type. thats enough. others only for sport and keep in lock/key of secure zones.

actually they may have done some upgrade i think. but the box and all is from late 90s. only whatever part breaksdown they used to change. now only i am telling go for full new as small changes are restrictive because of remaining old parts and compatabilty keeps reducing.

bsaically get best motherboard & processor. other things can be best possible. right?
