I guess all major public sector banks, plus ICICI, also IDBI , AXIS, HDFC. Better Google with the bank of your choice & you should be able to get info. I think there is some restriction on branch where it would be possible to open.

poor me, never get reply from Reliance Broadband guys.
filled that form many times in last 1 year or so, Only first attempt in early 2012 was negative availability since then they don't even care
to reply me.

I have an xperia x10 mini pro which I use it as a dumbphone. Mainly hesitating as I am on PC most of the time, and the device is too small for any serious net usage :/

2 Mbps now 1.5Mbps ?

Its sometime during download slips to 1.5 mbps...but not always...
Btw you are having this connection since last 3 years..did you got exact or close to 2mbps on any typical download,what was the minimum value during that time?
