does not apply in all cases. credit cards mostly. pretty easy to fake documents to get multiple credit cards. max them and then disappear. i know one dude who used to work for my friends. i still get threats from recovering agents on a monthly basis. he owes them around 1.5L today. they can do nothing because he no longer lives in gurgaon. and the last address these companies have in records is of mine. what this guy did was wrong. spent more than he could afford. and when he realized that things were not working for him. left town and went back to his village. and he is probably one of the less expensive mistake considering limits on his cards were just around 15-20K at that time.

and again. you are deviating from the original point. wire tapping (at least by private companies) is illegal. using social networks to locate people is not.

It is because of folks like him that people like me, jaymin and Samuel are rejected on credit card applications. Bank sees us as threats. So they want us to get a credit card through a connected fixed deposit. And this is the reason why financial giants in the country are pushing for initiatives like UID which would only make it harder in the future to get away with such petty scams.

B prepared for the worst when u update via Kies. Flashing manually via Odin, IMO, is much safer option. But u have to be comfortable with it. If u r not, u can try via Kies for now. Ensure that u have good backups of everything thats important to u.

Lekin wo kisaan jo din raat mehnat karta hai wo subah uthkar sabse pahale mujhe yaad karta hai, fir bhojan karne se pahle mujhe dhanyawad deta hai aur sone se pahle mujhe yaad karke sota hai.. Wo jispar pure pariwar ki jimmedaari hai fir bhi wo 3 baar jarur mera naam leta hai.. Aur tum.. Ek kaam ke tension me sab bhul gaye?

Oh yes. I noticed that as well. If a recording was scheduled prior to the changes, then it is trying to record it twice. But the channel still remains the same. Initially i thought it was just me, who saw that double-recording!
