Activate EVDO on a device that has no SIM slot - using ESN number Posted: 29 Sep 2012 12:58 PM PDT Hi..."evdo_warrior" BSNL is actually planning to kill their CDMA/EVDO network. It has been a huge failure in the past. You may opt for the best CDMA network in India - RELIANCE Just Google for MEID registration. This is your first important and legal step. Secondly, find a way to read your CDMA device settings using QPST software / CDMA workshop. Thirdly, request your user settings or CDMA dump file and PRL from any seller on Google. CDMA is the future in India for Voice and EVDO rev.B data with 700mhz LTE auction. |

UPDATE : BSNL's 4G - Wimax Transition to TD-LTE (band 38) Posted: 29 Sep 2012 12:29 PM PDT UPDATE : BSNL's 4G - Wimax Transition to TD-LTE (band 38) Hi Guys, I've just got an update from a reliable source of BSNL's planning commission about their plans to upgrade their 4G Wimax Network to TD-LTE (band 38) throughout India. They had initially planned to surrender their BWA license of 2.5GHz-2.6GHz (band 38 in LTE) MTS in moscow, russia have already deployed TD-LTE in the same band/frequency using Nokia Siemens Networks. BSNL's planning team are discussing about, following the footsteps of MTS russia after their successful deployment of LTE in band 38. Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) has launched ultra-fast 4G mobile broadband services with speeds of up to 100 Mbps (megabits per second) in most of Moscow and 40 population centers in Moscow regions. Nokia Siemens Networks is the sole vendor for the launch, providing a complete Time Division Duplex Long Term Evolution (TD-LTE)* network and a range of comprehensive services. As part of the network, the company has provided its Single Radio Access Network (RAN) and Liquid Core based Evolved Packet Core (EPC). |
