YAAAAAAY ! I have been given 512 kbps post FUP speed Posted: 16 Sep 2012 11:46 AM PDT Quote: Hi I called them up on Saturday and asked to be moved to Rapid15 GB plan. They took down my request and assigned a case number, and said it will be action-ed upon within 7 days. Does this mean the plan is feasible in my area, or after 7 days they will come back and say it's not possible? Even then the CC guys created some drama before changing it. I had requested for the plan change on Saturday and I was told by next Friday this would be done. Then on Wednesday some one else calls and confirms the plan change details. After this I get an SMS saying the plan change will take another 10 days! I called up the CC again. The guy told me that the person who initially took my request made some mistake so they had to initiate it again. I asked for the name of the person who initially registered my case and told them if I don't get a change of plan with in 2 days I will escalate this to their management and also will post about this in all on line forums. And voila! that night itself my plan got changed :) What I do not understand is why they have to try and delay something which they can do immediately, especially when I am migrating to a higher cost plan??!! |
