@Socrates

I'm pretty sure ipv6 won't be coming to MTNL any time soon, and when they do implement it, manufacturers would be forced into bringing more models to India.

Maybe someday. Right now I don't even have a pc to jailbreak the iPad. Will have to borrow one from my brother just for jailbreaking. Hence my reluctance at giving it a shot unless I'm fully convinced on its benefits.

Deccan Chargers hunts for buyers

Looks like.... Unless the winner of the bid choose Hyderabad again. But Deccan had a bad time playing at home ground. And matches have been shifted out due to Telangana issue. So unless the winner of the bid is placed out of Hyderabad, I dont see that happening. My guess is it will be Ahmedabad.

Best thing about these plans is the upload speed that is 5 mbps or 10 mbps depending on plans.

Compare this with piss-poor upload speed of 1 mbps for all FTTH plans of Airtel. Time for Airtel to respond.

Waiting for MTNL's pricing to change in Delhi also.

For Rs 2590 plan, pricing is around Rs 19.4 per GB for download quota before FUP on 20/10 mbps connection even after adding up the service tax. This is not a bad pricing at all for most small offices or even for people working from home.
