Ok these days they are giving new offer everyday.. On Thursday I received sms from them about full talktime on 50rs recharge.. I recharged with 50rs after 1hr and shocked to see that I got 41.50 as TT and rest amt was tax and other deductions... Lol I seriously lost my temper and twited them because it was clear case of cheating and misleading the consumer and I am not going to keep quiet. And kept twitting them almost every hr... Today I got a call from some senior lady requested me to have patience.. After 2hr I got rs 10 credited in my prepaid ac.
Consumer rights jindabad! :D
