Posted: 08 Aug 2012 12:29 PM PDT Subject: ATTN: Customer Abuse over call, Needs IMMEDIATE ACTION (1-2411607943) Hi, I am writing to you regarding an abusive call that i received from one of your customer care executives this morning. I got a call today from this number (02241842500) stating that they are from the collection department asking me for my outstanding amount. You may want to note that I have already placed a disconnection request on 6th July (ref no: 1-2379020125). When I informed the person that I have disconnected my services and I should not be receiving this call, he started to talk in a very rude fashion. Post disconnection of the call I received a call from the same person from his mobile phone (9833929318) hurling abuses at me. When I called back on the same mobile number he put me on speaker trying to make a mockery of me in front of other people. There are 2 basic complaints i have in this regard. 1. How can a customer care executive abuse the customer for a system fault at your end. (your system didnt have my disconnection status updated, hence the call for collection) 2. How is it that an executive has access to my personal information and has the liberty to make abusive calls to me using his personal phone. This is definitely a violation of my right to privacy that you promise a customer while taking his information. I have been having a lot of trouble with your services already and was forced to disconnect within just 3 days post your sales person Ashish (9220508929) miss sold me your package promising that i would get a speed of 4 Mbps which i never got. Also I wasnt informed about the Fair Usage policy and neither was it on your website informing that the speed would drop. I was also promised a constant speed, however the speed was fluctuating drastically. Hence, my request for disconnection Action I would like you to take: 1. Please let me know who the executive was and what action you have or will be taking against him for this misconduct. 2. When will I get the refund against my cancellation and what would be the amount. As per my conversation with Mr. Danish Mohammad ( call ref number: 1-2411607943) I request you to please revert to me within 48 hrs as promised. Also kindly take necessary action, as I would otherwise be forced to go to cops as my personal information is being compromised. Rohit |

Slight correction. Please make a note of this I do not wish to received any more calls in this regards whether I would like to keep your services. I just want to go ahead and cancel the service. Hope this is clear. I had written to you more than a couple of times to get my address updated correctly in your records.I hope that has been done. I will await your call from the respective team. I was excepting a call from Mr Danish Mohammed today and I still haven't received the call, I have been informed that he would be calling me tomorrow between 10am - 12pm. I will be excepting his call. My question still hasn't been answered what is the amount which I would be receiving in the full and final settlement. Also very important, what action will you be taking about the representative who had called and abused me. Please take corrective measures or I will be forced to go to cops and lodge a complain. One more thing I again received a call today from someone named Mr Sunil that my account is still active, I havent used the account since the 6th of July. Please make a note of this and I do wish to received any more calls in this regards whether I would like to keep your services. I just want to go ahead and cancel the service. Hope this is clear.
