Not in case of 3G but Nokia N8 become a heater if you use it as wifi hotspot.

Also sometimes I feel S3 is getting heated when it's in weak coverage area

yup if all things are good micromax or karbonn can be taken into account too. and yes she said a good camera is a must so forget the map for now mate .
