getting very low internet speed like 2g with bsnl 3g sim

hello friends, i need your help im using a bsnl 3g 128kb sim, i recharged with 3g data plans many times but never got speed more than 120kbps, i also talked to bsnl call center but they never helped me, few days ago i decided to recharge with 2g data plan, i.e, rs 270 with 10gb for 30 days because i found my money going waste by recharging expensive 3g data plans but after filing a complaint again i recharged to with one more 3g data plan i.e, rs 25 with 100mb for 3days but speed is still low, on other hand the network strength of bsnl 3g at my place in superb it show full wcdma/3g networks(i live in unnao, uttar pradesh), i tried two modems, huawei O2 and micromax 352g both has 7.2mbps download speed capacity.
please help

Possible.. But not a regular affair...

Do you use an old DSL modem our a old router? Because sometimes because packet errors cause the modem clog up it's ram and slow down..

So great to hear that ...but I just ordered a Sandisk 8GB Extreme Pro UHS SD Card and instead I got a Sandisk Cruzer Blade 16 GB Pendrive from some suman enterprises that is almost half the price the Card.(Wow what a business)
Think if that would've happened with your TV..Paid for a LED TV and got an LCD TV .
and its not just me there are like many cases if you just google it.
And their refund policy is that you need to wait for 1 month for payment that you thought you should pay in advance trusting them.(A big round of applause)
Last but not the least if you want a return , mail them immediately else they wont let you and the best part comes after you've mailed them

Their response mail which says :

Also since I was fighting with Vodafone since last one month regarding my various complaints, so now I have their ceo mail I'd. So again service won't be concern for me anymore ;)

Fastest broadband in BTM layout, Bangalore other than Airtel

Currently am having airtel bb 4Mbps 75 GB plan and tried to migrate to the new 8Mbps plan that they have come with in BTM Layout, Bangalore. However they replied back stating this plan is not feasible in my area. As we all know they dont want to upgrade their hub for just one customer though been using this connection for 4 or 5 yrs. Hence am planning to change my connection to any other service provider who can provide me a faster plan. Any suggestions or idea if there are any other service provider who provides faster speed plans in this area?
