been there. nothing helps.

had to get a replacement which thankfully i got because the display was in warranty. even today, my display has minor issues from cleaning with a excessively damp cloth.

apparently the display absorbs moisture and gains a yellow colored tint which i believe happened in your case.

i have tried anything. but the damage is probably internal.

Tikona's website says that we can connect to wifi from anywhere, provided the area must have tikona coverage.

today i checked it practically, i was unable to connect tikona from two locations simultaneously..when i tried to connect it displayed..Login Failed: you connect start a session on this network...

i was able to use the selfcare portal though.

and there was no problem to use internet when i switched off the router in the other place..

any experienced guys..help me out to connect to tikona from two locations simultaneously

They are adding so many other channels, which means they have enuf space on their TPs....why not also add the missing HD channels especially the 3 - Travel XP, Zee Cinema HD & Zee Studio HD. I thought that after adding so many HD channels, they must have again reached close to running out of space. But that shudnt be the case, now that they are adding so many other channels!

Airtel Presence tweeted that they fixed the issue without doing anything. I guess they must be wishing/praying that its been a week since contacted & it should be resolved by now. Think, that must be happening to about 15-20% of the issues. No luck for them here. Issue persists.

Two weeks since issue reported.
