Ok in the first case how did it take 300 ms to reach an ip address in Bangalore from Delhi ??? [59.144.36.213]

In the 2nd case does it only takes 103ms to reach an ip address in Bangalore [59.144.36.85] and then it shows 109ms to 203.208.174.17 which is an ip address in singapore .. So does that mean it takes only 6 ms for information to travel from bangalore to Singapore ???
