More of speculation I guess.
I wonder how nexus with 512 and Gnex with 1 GB are enough for JB and not GS3

Besides I dont think there are any other android phones lined up that are going to have 2gb RAM. LG was planning one. Not to mention a number of high end phones including razr HD, maxx and HOX that came out this year. What do you think is going to happen to them?

This is due to WCDMA to HSPDA conversion.
if u not download or browse for a while then you connection goes from HSPDA to WCDMA. as a result 0kb browsing or slow browsing so in order to get good browsing download in backgound and browse for best experience.
