DuckTales & TaleSpin Released in Hindi Finally :) Posted: 16 Jun 2012 11:20 AM PDT most of you guys dislike newer cartoons and I too dislike them but I have seen small children watching these newer cartoon with equal enthusiasm as we had in our childhood. May be childhood is associated with cartoons, I think. |
Anything we can raise with TRAI? Posted: 16 Jun 2012 11:15 AM PDT Quote: I find that the contents of the PDF do not cover the ambit of the issue I am facing. Taking money for STATIC IP and not assigning one. Sending a bill for services not rendered. They can take recourse of loop holes in laws. I may take a decision to fight it out to the last, depends on my work commitments with my employer, Let me google out for more information on consumer rights and ISPs in India. If any one can post me the legality part of recording a conversation with the CC or the field engineer would stand good in the courts of law it would help me out. What you're probably looking at therefore is not telecom-specific law, but general consumer law in India. Try these on for size: NCDRC Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Consumer Protection Act of 1986 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia -The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 http://www.consumergrievance.com/ http://www.pgportal.gov.in/Grievance.aspx << Lodge a grievance, select Department of Telecommunications and go forth. RTI Application Reply: Less than 600 Aakash tablets distributed so far Posted: 16 Jun 2012 09:37 AM PDT They're still awaiting delivery. Or more accurately, they're still awaiting to be manufactured in a factory. Datawind has still not been paid by the govt for the 6440 pieces it delivered to the universities. A few old version of the aakash tablets have started appearing on e-commerce sites. Datawind probably got impatient with the govt and started pushing these remainder pieces in the commercial market to cut losses. |
