Why should companies take the responsibilty of development? Its the government who has to do this.

Government needs to make sure that there is a correct balance of development in each city of each state. Not like mostly southern cities get the IT.

Thank you very much . My budget is not much really and the schools expect an economic solution hence whatever costs me 25-30k will not work. Your idea to test the strength with the laptop or tablet is very useful and effective. It will come in handy for me.. Keeping SSID and paraphrase are again good suggestions. I appreciate the detailed reasoning and the efforts.

It sometimes happen when one server is under maintenance. Normally, BSNL allows their customers to connect with 59.XX.XX.XX once FUP is over else with 117.XX.XX.XX. You may experience heavy latency because of peak demand and poor adsl link(poor line quality) as per line man of BSNL.
