Sure, you could download stuff like crazy, stuff you'll never need, and remember you do need to be a good torrent user and seed back to atleast a ratio of 10 :P, not too difficult, now is it ?

On a more serious note, as maníaco said, there are loads of 'legal' things that could consume 40GB in no time.

Perhaps what you're saying might be true.

When I'd got my plan changed, I didn't get any receipt. Usually, the JTO should be able to help you out, if not, you'll need to know the exchange from which the sync rates and speed profiles are controlled.

Wait for another two days before contacting them, I'd say.
