How to file a complaint about spam SMS/Call now?

But the format is as per the SMS received from VF.,i.e COMP-NUMBER-DDMMYYHHMM. If there is any change in the format it has to be communicated to the customers.

p.s. tried with the format as per the thread, Didnt work!
