They should have invested this much time to fine tune their service, there servers are (very very)x1000 crowded and they are suited for people who just want to have a website but don't need to have it running. so it suits people like a small Vegetable seller, who gets his website hosted there however neither he nor his customer would ever need to visit it, so whether it has 1% uptime or 99% downtime it hardly matters to him or his web-designer or provider, and he would certainly be very happy with that pricing and attitude.

Threatening the public forum owners is like they are blocking your rights to freedom of speech which in itself is a offense, I am sure WHT might have banned them for such reasons.

Selfcare portals usually update within 24 hours. ( depends on ZONE)
In first week for three or four days data may not be updated.

Better to use an application to keep track of your usage.
Networx or Shaplus.
