Vodafone Postpaid costler than Vodafone prepaid Posted: 13 Dec 2011 01:49 PM PST Normally Postapid is cheaper than Prepaid as you are bound to pay a certain amount of money to the provider at the end of the month. My brother uses a Vodafone pre paid while i use a vodafone postpaid. He recharges with rs97/99 and gets 1 gb of data on Vodafone 2g.I decided to activate a similar plan on my postpaid but was told that the minimum plan is rs 299 for 1 gb. WTF????/ Seriously considering a port out to idea or docomo as thir plans are much better. Also i am wondering what will be my credit limit if i port out to another provider. My credit limit is presently rs 3500 with Vodafone though when i took connection i paid only rs500 as security. They increased it after seeing my bill payment record.Do i have to go through the same thing with the new provider also.I seriously dont want to pay rs3500 as security. PS:This is from Kolkata ---------- 32 views and no replies.I wonder why? |
Please Help Setup D-LINK DSL2730u. Posted: 13 Dec 2011 01:43 PM PST I recently shifted to the 2520U modem. I called CC for help and they had me up and running in 5 minutes. It's the same settings as the 220bx modem. In fact the firmwares seem so similar that I wouldn't be surprised if you can backup the 220bx settings and restore them in the 2520U. As for the password, they can reset that on the spot for you over the phone. Would suggest you call CC. |

Posted: 13 Dec 2011 01:21 PM PST Received call from Airtel on 10/12/2011 and was offered a retention plan. I declined it and requested port out to be completed. Received sms from BSNL on 13/12/2011 that my port in request has been accepted and the switch would happen at 22:00 hrs. Exhausted remaining prepaid balance before the switch. Turned off phone at 22:30 hrs and turned ON immediately. Old Airtel sim failed to register. Removed old sim, inserted new BSNL sim and powered ON. Registered with CellOne BSNL Mobile. Made couple of test calls. Everything seems to be okay. Happy  |
