- View Your PostPaid Usages

Have you given the screenshot of "Track Your Portal Order" above?

When I goto Track Your Portal Order, it shows me a Customer Number which does not match with my Telephone Bill Customer Number :( May be due to this, the Search Order button doesn't show me any results. I am not sure if I can get Telephonic Support or do I need to visit my BSNL Exchange office![COLOR="Silver"]

The Customer Number on the usage portal has got nothing to do with Consumer No. on the bill.

Both are different numbers. The number on the printed bill may be the old Customer no. BSNL has changed the customer No. to new 10 digit numbers which is now reflecting on the Usage Portal. In my exchange the printed bill still shows the old (outdated) Customer No. under the column Consumer No.

BSNL username and password issue....

Posted: 18 Jan 2011 12:44 PM PST

Back in 2008 I was able to use other people's ID & password on my connection.

I was on Home UL 750 Plan with 256 kbps speed cap.

By using my friends ID I was able to get speeds of 1.6 mbps (up 2 mbps as BSNL says) on their limited plans.

But now "Port Binding" is implemented at my exchange and I can no longer use ID and password other than my own

In fact I have 2 BSNL BB connections now but cannot use the ID & password of one line on the other.

If the DSLAM at you exchange is not configured to implement "Port Binding" then you are lucky and can use your friends ID and password.

But this will be illegal and the excess billing if any will go the owner of the ID & Password which has exceed the usage limit and not to the owner of the line.

It is highly unlikely today for any BSNL Exchange to not implement Port Binding

broadband connection is now connected

here:

this means that the speed from the pc to the router is 100 mbps. in other words, the line speed is 100 mbps. You, in no way, will get a 100 mbps bandwidth unless you have bsnl ftth fibro 100 83999 plan :) (atleast until hayai is launched)

If you'll read in previous posts on pages 10 and 12 of this thread, the technology is generally expected to perform up to 30mbit/s under ideal circumstances, so in the field we're being a lot more conservative and advertising it as being "up to 8mbit/s".

Individual users may get more or less depending on environmental factors and distances involved, but as I mentioned in the other thread, we have lower-limits in place as well, so if we can't get a solid 5mbit/s, we won't provide service until we can implement another base station nearby.

So minimum will be 5mbps for 650 for 30gb.good price i must say. Will this be the max data you will allow or you will allow data upto 50gb as well?

what are the pacakges of hayai broadband?

I have a certain question for you,Assuming you launch your wireless connection at a rate you previously mentioned,rs649 for 30 gb for speed of 8mbps.Correct me if i am wrong. What happens if i cross 30gb,can i just buy more data or is it the end for the month?

BSNL 3G: 4200 FOOLproof ??

Dushie, you are a lucky man to get good speeds.

Same old crying from my end,
BSNL doesn't crosses 600kb in my town, officers say they know there's a problem, but they don't have a solution for it. even at places where i get 99% or even 100% signals.

I've not been able to download 5GB in last 10 days, although i predicted it and recharged for Rs.2500/3months unlimited pack.
