Govt. should control the fuel prices, not oil companies. This is an excuse for the govt to blame the companies and say they have no role in them. It comes again after 5 weeks ? God only knows. >:(

UMG 1831 Modem problem .. plzz help

I got my UMG 1831 recently.The modem is connecting perfectly fine and i have maximun signal at my place.but after connection about 30mins later the modem is restarting making the connection disconnect and the modem is detected again after few seconds. iam also able to listen to the alert sound of windows when my modem connects and disconnects.This happens After the connection is connected more than 30mins or some times less.even when i try to download something the problem happens more quickly within 5mins the download started ... tried with different networks but same problem..........Please help me

Model : Huawei UMG 1831
Firmware : 11.831.05.01.420
Driver version : 2.0.3.822
Software : T-mobile connect and Mobile partner 16

Any good Broadband connection in Wakad Kaspate Wasti Area in Pune???

In Pune, Airtel is the one with nice service but plans are pathetic!

My Advice: Reliance or BSNL

Thanks samrat_blr for the quick answer. I just solved this problem. I got the solution from another thread here http://broadbandforum.in/bsnl-broadb...ss-websites/2/. The solution mentioned by you and in this thread are same. In my case setting MTU to 1454 solved the problem. Many thanks to you and ket000.
