The "pay-for-bandwidth" pricing model is as yet untested in India. So it's probably unlikely that Airtel would be willing to put their hand up in that regard. Although,we can expect them to introduce such plans after Hayai (or any other ISP) launches such plans and is reasonably successful.

I have observed that wen u download from a direct file from a microsoft link or

ny other direct link the speed is pretty much better..... ( USING A 3G MOBILE....waiting

for umg 1831 :) ) but wen i start downloading from torrentz or sumthing ... the speed

is drastically low :( :impissed: :impissed: .... i thought they have capped the torrent thing..... so ny1 knows

ny DIRECT links to download movies, or ny other things ???:pleasehelp::pleasehelp:

even iam thinking of to recharge of 4200........ does the speed differ ??

There is a 1M decent retention plan.
Was on the 699monthly plan with 512kbps with a Fair Usage Policy of 10GB's. The Fair Usage Policy Surprisingly didn't get implemented for about 6 months...but recently got F.U.P'ed. I called them up for a connection closure request and they offered me a plan with 1mbps and 75gb Fair Usage Policy and a post Fair Usage Policy speed of 512kbps with 999 monthly rental and addition free calls,etc. Told my friend to do the same (:wink:) and surprisingly, he got a better deal than I did (In the free calling thing,not that I care) even though we were previously on the same plans.
Don't really know whether they allot these retention plans randomly or based on the conversation with the CCexec (note that i explained for about 10-15 minutes to the guy the reason i was dropping the connection)

Airtel services which are suppose to be number one in our country are getting worse day by day.
In our area specially indoors there is no network coverage. There are lot of call drops. I have called airtel more than 15-20 times in last 9 months but no action has been taken. They will send u the sms asking for the feedback on the query although the issue remains the same and the problem is not rectified. I am staying Sector 27 noida and my house on the main road still the network connectivity is not there at all.
The team keeps on giving fake promises and saying that this is short duration problem not sure if 9 months are considered as small.
Airtel is spending all its energy and time in changing the logo, though they are selling the services,if the services are poor nothing would look good.
Or either there are millions of customers for airtel so they do not bother lossing 10 -15.
Services are getting worst day by day.Airtel claims that network is available in no man areas as well. My request is please provide network where people are using your services.

I bought the BSNL 3G data card USB... But when I plugged it into my laptop that has windows xp in it, the autorun setup for modem is not running... even if i download the setup file from internet and try to install, it is getting hanged during the step "Installing Resource"... So please help me install the bsnl 3g data card modem in my laptop...

Many time i complain airtel , and 2 times his come , check line , and his says yes this problem is in our line we repair it , i continue call cc daily from 20 december,so what i do.i love online gaming , but not play great on high ping , or i host when others high pings.help me

fuk 2MBps those idiots sent me 3k plus bill for 1 week on 2MBps and rest threw out month 1MBps....AIRTEL sux !!
