Suggest Me... Huawei K4505 (or) Huawei UMG1831? Posted: 25 Dec 2010 12:33 PM PST Quote: ya i am using it with bsnl 2g sim, getting low browsing speed but torrent speed of 1mbps and download through idm between 1.5 to 3 mbps. Today tried tata docomo 2g sim on umts network it gave unexpectedly upto 4-5 mbps of download and torrent speed but the browsing experience was worst than dialup. |

How can i Use my Friend account?? Posted: 25 Dec 2010 12:13 PM PST Quote: boss its common sense that its not legal to use someone elses account even if u got permission to do so.. if that was legal then i would suggest that only one person per building take an mtnl broadband connection and the rest share his username and password with his "permission". The point here is that ur depriving mtnl of revenue by doing so.... Regarding revenue: yes we are depriving their share but are we responsible for that? its their system which is at fault not ours. Btw, I am applying common sense but you are not.. One more thing, It is actually not possible to share BB in MTNL/BSNL..it is confrmed |

Which connection to go for in iPhone 4 ? Posted: 25 Dec 2010 10:55 AM PST ok here is what i would say. apple does not provide any updates for the original iphone. they do provide iOS 4 for iphone 3g but a lot of new features are not being provided (wallpaper support? multi-tasking?). google provide faster updates for the nexus series. samsung has released android 2.2 for galaxy s from what i know and 2.3 would be released for it eventually. apple iphone 4? not launched in officially india. phones bought from other sources? unlikely to get support from apple in india. though legally purchased phones that are not jailbroken might still be able to get serviced in india considering apple warranties are generally global in nature. but even then iphone 4 is unlikely to be supported here in india. as for nexus one and nexus s. i believe you can still get paid support from htc and samsung service centers. considering these phones are pretty similar in nature to other devices made by these two companies. ---------- Post added at 12:25 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:23 AM ---------- also... as for updates. majority of owners of iphones in india are running jailbreak editions. and a lot of these users (who are not techies) are generally not likely to update to latest ios versions because they lose their jailbreak. i know people who are still on iOS3 because their phones are working fine and they do not want to risk upgrading to iOS 4 and losing the jailbreak ability. |
