Sadly I'm not getting any 3g signal till now. But thats great news for people like me living in Thane district.

check out on other models and even if ur model supports, the operators also need to support the fax service.(As per my knowledge)

Hello everyone.
well i was thinking of using emule to dl some files but for some reason inspite of my using the bridge mode in ut starcom 300 r2u (my modem) the ports are not being forwarded and the assigned ports show tcp test failed on port forwarding test on emule site.
i have a bsnl 512 kbps ul net plan and also i use an eset nod 32 net security software too. but am unable to setup the pf on this side.
tbh am confused over the rules part which ones to allow and which ones not to :(

I solved this by contacting BSNL Customercare.

After that Open Mac Address Filter and select Diasable for Select MAC uth.

And finally Apply & Restart the Modem.

Few days back i received a call from Airtel regarding that amitabh special,dint subscribe but got a msg that service is activated and 15/- were deducted.
Din't compalin,neither i used the service.

To my surprise, got 15/- back in my account :)
Although i had plans of complaining it to CC and then to the Nodal officer :)

Was a real shocker ,dint even thought they will refund w/o any complain :D

The point is there were creditors to be repaid. If that did not happen then your visions of collapse would certainly have come true. Harping on the fact they were foriegn is pointless.

I would say its actually testament to the US economy that any foriegner is willing to lend to the US because it has an extremely low default risk relatively speaking compared to other countries. And the Fed's action actually maintains that reputation.

Oh yeah if ppl think you're a bad risk they wont lend you anything or do so at extortionate rates. You're not going to develop in a stable fashion that way.

Friend, first check whether you are under the coverage area of EVDO tower (CDMA EVDO coverage and CDMA 1x coverage are different), if there is no EVDO coverage in your area, you will get only 1x speed. If you are under the coverage area of EVDO please register a complaint in BSNL c.c.
