I purchased Teracomm 3G USB modem and 3G datacard from a BSNL franchise two days ago. After the card was activated i downloaded data around 2 GB. After some time i tried to connect the net but was getting 'The PPP link control protocol was terminated.' error. The owner of the franchise was telling me that i will get 7 day unlimited data usage. After talking to the BSNL CC they told me that the 7 day unlimited data usage is only on USIM no on 3G Data cards. Is that true? It's Sunday so the franchise would be closed. I will investigate on monday at franchise if i am not getting 7 day unlimited data usage then will purchase recharge voucher of Rs.2500/-

Just shifted to a new house in Delhi from Noida. Wanted to get my Airtel Broadband and landline re-located here. I have the 1699 2 Mbps plan with Fair Usage Policy of 100 GB and 100 free calls, as per the CC even if i get it transferred here i will lose the old plan and the new 1699 plan with 40 GB fair usage policy will be activated. Any body has any idea if this correct?

yes you are right.... but whatever that airtel tech told you is horse crap! the PC light is supposed to blink whenever your computer tries to access the services through the modem. anyway your new motherboard will settle the debate on the computer issue for good

This trick works in Airtel DTH too as both Airtel and TS use NDS encryption system.

Yes i changed plan from BBG FN500 COMBO to UL900. They charged 500 initial deposit for FN500 plan.
They did not charge me difference amount (400 Rs) for UL900 plan.
