I have a problem which has started recently... actually the internet started acing in a funny way since the midst of october... like it stopped working or used to take a while before the website could actual start loading however the speed was constant at 2MBPS which is my plan... however in the beginning of november the internet suddenly stopped working at for 3-4 days... after which it worked n now the late page load start time has been fixed however my speed is capped to just 600 KBPS exact... even when i try and download a user manual to check what the wimax speed is without login in to my ac it still downloads at speeds of 65kbps only... how did this happen and what can be done to resolve it... contact center really dont have any answer... I have telnet my wimax and the connection seems perfect...

I got one just today, regret it so much now, the speed is pathetic, anyone thinking of getting it, please don't. I will give it away for half the price I got it, if anyone wants it...its darn "FRUSTRATING". Believe Real people , not Colored Advertisements...

I use the vodafone live apn, the one with proxy and portalnmms name
Still everything works on my galaxy s as opposed to what people say web browsing and WAP

Hello Folks. I also got my iphone4 from Singapore today. FYI, Iphones in Singapore are never locked and unlocked by default. Even then my Internet and Mails are not working. Something to do with VPN settings, I guess.

I have been using Iphone2 since last 3 years and simply had to add WWW in Edge settings (Advanced APN: WWW) Working beautifully for the last 3 years and no additional plan was purchased from Vodafone.

I spoke to their customer service and they are asking me to take a POST PAID DATA PLAN. (Why not just Mobile Connect)

I am really confused. Will be iphone 4 not work without this DATA Plan?

Just sms ACT <idata499 or idata699> to 111 to activate the Data Pack on your existing Postpaid connection.

How is Vodafone Mobile Connect different than DATA Pack Plan?
Vodafone Mobile Connect is a service that allows you to connect to all websites. You can use this service either on the handset that has an Internet browser or by using the handset as a modem to connect to a Laptop / PC.

I already have Vodafone Live on my post paid connection. Kindly assist on how I can start using my Iphone4.

By the way, I can browse on safari via Wireless Internet but not able to check my emails. None of the POP accounts are working.
