the rules do not block posting of links from reputed sources (engadget in this case). and techwhack is a sister site of this forum. so basically. no rules were broken.

and i should point something out here. my definition of spam does not match the definition of other members on this forum. i ignore a lot of stuff that annoys me. and i expect the same from other folks too. if you do not like something, ignore it. unless it's really something that should be reported using the report button.

I have been using Total Recall for call recording and there are NO beeps. There is an option which needs to be selected to disable the beeps. I get absolutely flawless recording on my phone.

OP is particular about the camera, in that case the Galaxy S simply fails because of an average camera, without flash. More than the poor camera, the lack of flash is perplexing. What on earth were they thinking?

They would keep trying to blame the government for a thing it does not even talk about :wall:.Airtel Suxx with its fair usage policy .U should try bsnl 3g in yur area bcoz we have lot of people stating nice speeds in banglore .Other than that relience is the option in wired but they are very unreliable and tough to get a connection .

BSNL already cut down 3G data tariffs to Rs 700/month if u pay for 6months ! expect Aircel to offer UL 3G data plan @ Rs 500

airtel, reliance, vodafone announce that they will deploy HSPA+ series i.e. upto 21Mbps - but availability will be in selected cities, yet data plans will be costly!

In2cable connections will probably be localized so i doubt a person not living in your locality will be able to take advantage of LAN Hubs. I may be wrong but i tried a few hubs to the north (borivali) and although i could connect to them, the speeds were terrible.

Not of any use until we have real pay channels in India, no ads between movies else it is all loot :(
