Get the modem replaced before it goes out of warranty period. It is a clear case of defective equipment. Insists on a replacement.

Can anyone suggest me how to find cust_id ?

I dont have it on my LL bill, it is unique id of 12 digit which is not acceptable in cust_id text box, as cust_id should be of 10 digit only.

I called customer care 1504 , and got nothing.

I am from west-region ( Maharashtra )

Can anyone access 3g data recharge on BSNL pay website ?

When using HDFC online refill option it specifically asks "Top UP" or "re-charge"
I think data plan would get activated with "top up" option.

someone from punjab should try the rs.25 recharge from bank website and not BSNL website.

heh. at least it's legitimate!

and it's a start. i bet they are going to try to get into deals and offer the songs for sale too.

for now, the service sucks. guruji.com does something similar and more. not sure if what they offer is totally legitimate.

apple has USD 51 billion cash in hand. they are close to becoming THE most valuable company in the world. they are unpurchasable at the moment. :D

rumors do say that apple might be interested in buying facebook. very unlikely to happen. but it's possible. the top value of facebook is said to be around USD 25 billion (heh!). apple can easily buy them.

More HD channels???

Hi All,

I have this problem from when i got the BSNL Broadband.

1) I am using USTARCOM wa3002 g1 Modem
2) Using Wifi On Laptop
3) When i tried to connect the Wifi to MOBILE iT shows Connecting,,,,,(FOR 10 MIN), ( And then shows Cannot Connect to Modem)
4) I am using Samsung Corby Pro 5310
5) I have DHCP Enabled and using it PPPoe Mode.


tell me What to do... I have to again again open laptop for small things..
